If you mandate mask , then take responsibility for the health issue that people have for you saying they must ware them all day at work and when out take and pay for doctors visit for any problems with the mask , if you are telling people how to use things handle the repercussions from the mask if I do not have money for doctores that would be caring if you are a doctor making this law make a law for the effects of the mask should be on the city to pay for doctores for making a law that causes others health problems. So if you make the mask a law make a bill you pay for all issues from the mask mentaly and other wise.
