Just a funny anecdote on "kissing" on a first date. A work colleague once shared this with me. Quote: " On our first date, my husband and I really hit it off. As a matter of fact, I slept with him on that first date. We've been happily married for 25 years and have 4 kids together. But to my mother-in-law, I'm still the slut that slept with her son on a first date. She won't let me forget it. "
This Mother-In-Law dislikes this woman, not that she made love with her son on the first date, but that she “stole” the son from her. I’ve seen this several times in my 73 years of life, and I can tell you that NO woman will EVER be good enough for her son! Sad, but nevertheless, true. Let her think DIL is a slut, she has 4 kids and 25 great years of marriage…good stuff! 😊
I don’t kiss on the 1st date whether I like them or not. A first date means you don’t know him. Most importantly I’m not getting a cold sore from someone on a first date! Kissing on the 1st date also gives the impression they can have more next time. Classy women don’t kiss on the first date.
You are free to kiss or not kiss whenever and whomever you like. Just do not expect all of us to agree with you. And no reason to be insulting to people who do not share your opinion.I have always kissed on the first date! I’m for sure testing that out if I’m feeling like I wanna! 👍
It doesn't have to do with classy. It's just the first thing you said, you don't know him and if he is really interested he will be able to wait. He would also prefer to get to know you first
NEVER! There are a number of “unwritten” rules that exist, and in my opinion, a kiss signifies commitment, although vague. I’m surprised you condone first date kissing, as you seem to follow a rather rigid list of dating behaviors. VERY informative video, Coach! 😊
I think there are zero “rules”. But lots of conversations to be had. I for one don’t see kissing as a commitment, but that doesn’t mean you it can’t have that general feeling. However, you can’t expect that same thing from another person. ☕️☕️
I don't expect to be ending with a kiss on a first date, even if I plan to ask for a second date. I won't object if she want to kiss me but I won't initiate the kiss. Unless - we have been getting "very friendly" and she has been flirting a lot on this first date. Then I would feel I was be giving the wrong impression if I didn't end with a kiss. Second dates are a different story. :-)

As another 27 year old man I don’t kiss someone if I’m not interested in them. I agree 100% with the mixed signals part.
