Sir 2 questions 1.in obstructed biliary system , alkaline phosphatase is raised , conjugated bilirubin is raised I understand but why ast n alt , unconjugated bilirubin is raised n why is there risk of heapatic encephalopathy ?? 2.is there no chance of cholangitis in cholangiocarcinoma !?
Ast and alt bc of liver damage due to chronic obstr.and hepatic encephalopathy is due to the toxins that are not able to filter by liver due to its damage and leading to ammonia accumilation in the blood .thatWat i think!
Sir I have a question a 50 year old male complain with acute pancreatitis with cholengitis and ercp and stunting is not done due to inflamation what we can do next to manage cholengitis.
