Hi Liam! Thank you for all your videos. Your low kicks are the best. I also would like to know the way that you practice the timming, for example: I love when you put your left middle kick at the same time that your opponent throws cross right punch. Be safe!! Regards from Argentina!!
ItzObviously NotManny #1 requires perfect timing, and 7 out 10 you will get hit by that knee, failure will hurt your ego and ribs... #3 require space, most experienced Thai fighter won’t throw long knee unless their opponent are in corner, and they fake a lot a lot. Only #2 is easiest, the worst result is you get sweep down, maybe get kick in the head on the way down, hahahahaha😂 All I’m saying is his move isn’t for beginners, certain moves are very complex than they look, and I will never say Muay Thai isn’t “user friendly”.
You are absolutely awesome Liam Harrison your knowledge is far and beyond you break it down to a T on point Bro
No one gives away these many practice techniques. Legend.
How to counter a overhand right next please.
That last one hurts even by watching. Great as always!

should I hop with my lead foot already turned 90 degrees or should I step and pivot that foot 90 degrees? thanks for the vid!
The one dislike is from Andy as he had to endure all those leg kicks.
With the last technique. How about as a south paw? Would I step out to my right on and kick the lead leg?
Would these work for southpaws too? I can see how to use the first two options from southpaw but im not sure how to use the last one
Quality content. Subbed! 👍🏼
I have a bag at home and can try these out.
Would be super helpful if you made a few videos on things to do on the bag!
Thanks for the sub! If you head over to liamharrisontraining.com I have about 7 bag drill videos, 1 of them is free too!
I favour fighting off the angles,,, so that last one, parry off on an angle and low kick... Dat a Doo for me Tommy !. lol
Andy looks like Artur king with that beard. 😅
Are you kicking more of a 45 angle here? it’s so fast hard to tell lol.
Fist of fury
👍👍👍
One guy who disliked is a karate guy.
You are a great fighter and much more excellent coach and trainer, but man when you speak fast it's hard to understand you sometimes.. lol!
5x. World champion... I'm guessing by the looks of the guy he has never faugh in Thailand let alone a Thai. 555
Not talking about Liam.. Liam MUCH respect for you brother.
