One thing I don't understand is that if it needs to pierce both cartridge, where does the air on the 2nd cartridge go to, because I've examined around the piercing pin and the entire length of the bolt and can't see and holes this air would bleed back into system. Why not just use 88gram co2 bottles instead
you know, we will have to look into that ourselves we have questioned it also and have never gone in depth into looking at it, im guessing the 88grams are too big for a realistic aesthetics. but thats just my guess
I'm looking to purchase this from Pyramid Air, but their website states the FPS is 450 max. I questioned them on this and told them that the Umarex website had the manual online and it stated 700 fps. Customer support at Pyramid Air insisted it was only 450 FPS and that there might be another version that is 700 FPS. I called Umarex three times to ask them, but they never called me back. So with that said, is there a variation in models, such as a 450/700? Amazon is selling it this way for two different prices. Frustrating to say the least. You input would be appreciated.
You could try one of the slip on barrel shrouds that tighten with a grub screw. They’re around for £30-£50 in the U.K. if you can find them. I can’t say for definite if they will work as they’re designed for the real firearm. But as this is a pretty close 1:1 replica, there’s a good chance it might work.
I just bought a 10/22 air rifle on a sell for $25.00 brand new. The guy was selling all his air rifles for $25.00 each. I shot mine the day after and I took a full can of unopened beans and it put a hole all the way through it. Then I shot at a burn barrel and it put a hole in it also. It shocked me knowing a air rifle could do this. Next is to go hunt some small game.
have you done any small game with it? we havent been able to yet and we have had it for 3 years lol we use shotguns and pcps all ive shot with the pellet 10/22 is english sparrows
Yea it only comes in .177 if it came in .22 or .25 and we bought it we would probably go for the .22 or .25 but .177 definitely does the job on pests and plinking

how did you get them send it to you
Roeallz I want free one too
We’ve been in contact with them for a while and they asked us if we wanted to do it and we said sure why not
Why would a bull barrel matter when it has an inner and outer barrel? Like most air rifles.
I’m guessing just for looks

Have you managed to test this beauty yet on any small game?
only on some small starlings at 11 yards...did perfectly
The front sight is NOT adjustable.
Maybe he needs floor seats for his shot
