thank you for this. I did not know about the different adjustment needed for 3under/splitfinger. Do you think that using an elevated arrow rest is necessary or do you prefer to shoot off the shelf?

I've always shot off the shelf, to me it's the best way for trad bows. Much easier to deal with as well.
