    I've owned my agency for 6+ years and this is a game-changer channel for me! Going to implement this structure and once I get comfortable, schedule a call to advance it further. This is next-level and as an Asana fan, this is EXACTLY what I needed. Hats off to you and the team!

      Yes, Mission Control is a more advanced CRM with other elements! So the other CRM space is not needed.

    How are you managing the time off piece? If you have contractors that work, say, on a monthly amount of hours and do set tasks, how do you move all the tasks around when they have time off (or find all the tasks assigned to them so nothing gets missed?)

      We don't have a video tutorial on this yet, but you can create an OOO manager inside of ClickUp. This would give your contractors a place to request or specify when they're taking time off.
      This would then create OOO tasks that would show up on the workload view and help your project managers see that to reschedule or reassign tasks.

      @@ZenPilot ok yeah, I added an OOO list under Mission Control right now and added tasks for each OOO request with a form to request time off. Is that what you were thinking?

    I loved ur video. I have a question I want to start using Clickup in my organisation. I want to use it with multiple employees. Is there a way that I can assign task to employees and the employee who the task is assigned to can only see it. For example if I have 3 employees A,B and C. If I assign a task to A and B I don’t want C to be able to see it. How can this be done. If I make a list and add all 3 employees to it than even I assign the task to A and B won’t C be able to see it?

      You can make tasks private, but that's not much of a scalable structure.
      My question would be... what tasks do you need to be private? And why?

    Do you have any suggestions for how to manage contractor rates. We would like to have this database of information available for our team, but we're worried about letting people see rates. One idea I had was creating two lists with relationship fields but I don't know if that would work the way I want it to.

      Also, when you're creating database items like the records here, what do you use for statuses? I noticed you have a custom field for the actual status so I was wondering what you use for the task/record status.

      To answer your first question, you could set it up as we have here and then limit access to only the people who you want to see the rates. Then, you could create a public view and share the link with the rest of the team. That view would have all the details they need to see without all the rates.
      The statuses are just a simple "open" and "closed".

      Yes, but it depends on your guests permissions!
