How did the Chinese people discover these food source from underground roots ? I find that an amazing aspect of their culture. Also , despite their large population, the country's topography/geography remains unspoilt and beautiful, unlike Brazil and the Amazon . Those rivers and streams snakes through the vast lands and green mountains .
