2013 Android Tablet last moments of life. I'm guessing the Power management chip has gone faulty and a power surge to the tablets motherboard may happen causing the tablet to become fully bricked. That happened to my old fire tablet ones.
yeah that's exactly what happened and I looked at the datasheet and it is literally the LCD digitizer audio power rtc and usb controller so yeah it just doesn't recognize and charge the battery anymore and in real life the screen flickers a bit
RIP. I remember when my first tablet died A CNM TouchPad 7DC, 3G model running Android 4.1.2, boot looped in 2017. Can't find the firmware for it to flash is and fix it but I did have to remove a very swollen battery from the tablet. The device still works after I modded it to run off USB power, but no firmware makes it basically a digital photo frame displaying the iconic boot animation from that version.
Yea just like this one but it just shuts off after a while sometimes I get lucky and find obscure firmwares of which i was able to get recovery mode going again on a Chinese kids tablet which wouldn't reset anymore

I have a Trio Stealth 9 in a similar situation. The NAND flash died, and took the OS out with it. Can't find the firmware, and building from source isn't an option. That one generic kitkat build for AMLogic TV boxes does boot on it though, just no video output because, well, LCD things.
These tablets were a ton of fun back in the day around 2012-2015 but nowadays they are basically useless. Back then they could run almost any mobile game to satisfaction except for Roblox. I played Clash of Clans, Dumb Ways to Die, Minecraft, and more. Even back then the worst part was the short battery life and the non-standard round charger plug. However I do still have one left and I got it working well by downloading 2012 versions of apps on it
This one had a 5000mah battery and it lasted a good few hours on a full charge android reported 4800mah it could do angry birds I tried Roblox but it just crashed
it is, but nowadays, android 4.4 is no longer supported, and google is now cutting support to kitkat's play store updates, including the security patches

for most of the apps on it that would send you notifications, i bet the app versions would be to old to be able to connect to the servers to actually get the notifications, but just in case maybe what you could do is boot the tablet up far away from your house so that you know it won't connect to wifi, then you could turn off the wifi once it's on and then go back
just don't connect it to the internet to back it the game up you will need to have an APK extractor app. download the apk for one of them, put it on an sd card and insert it into the tablet and install it on the tablet. then extract the installation file and place it on the sd card, then get the sd in a computer and upload the game's APK to the Internet Archive or something
how do you know a chip blew? its more likely something happened to the kernel/bios/os than a chip blowing up because half of the chips immediately kill it and the other half can be gone and the tab still works
had a something close to this happen where the apu died in one of these tablets and it nevered booted after it, and nothing would show on the screen and the tablet would get hot

It Did I Plugged It in Yesterday The Screen Went Very Bright And it Shut Off And I Could Faintly Smell Burning Chinese Silicon The Power IC Now Has A Melted Spot On It and Went Completely Open Circuit So It's Off Indefinitely
I believe the voltage regulator chip might have fried its self. It is very common for them chips to just off them selfs in these cheap chinese tablets and phones. I had a cheap chinese '50 plasma screen tv that had a failing voltage regulator and had the exact symptoms as your tablet has.
I had a very slow tablet that could not even run its own home screen properly, it got concerningly hot before overheating with so little apps opened in the background, now I’m scared that it might explode if i turn it on again.
Kinda reminds me of the cheap RCN tablet that also happened to be my first ever tablet. It's on Android 5 and has a battery life of 1 hour. It also came with a keyboard attachment that never worked.

I Think that it's better to buy a higher quality tablet with android 8 or newer (instead of fixing this one or buying the same model). This tablet uses android 4.4 kitkat. Android kit kat is not supported
If one if the pixels are stuck it’s a dead pixel. Unfortunately itll be there unless the screen is replaced, but it has an extremely slim chance of repairing with diagnostics.

You should be able to find a battery for these as it's a battery with a protection circuit soldered with 2 (some 3 for temps) directly to the motherboard but Only do that if you know what you are doing and if it's on the screen don't just rip it off because you could break it some still work without battery Like the TomTec Ultimate 10 if it didn't get updated to android 4.0.3
I’d never buy a Chinese tablet for that reason. iPad is made more durable than that piece of crap. Those cheap tablets are basically throwaway tablets anyway.

Well I opened it up and the cpu was ok but the Actions ATJ2091 was Almost 100°C causing this
