Wow! Such a spectacular video on historic Frederick, MD, its downtown area, and its important role in the Civil War and our country as a whole! Jose, you never stop amazing me with your extensive historical knowledge and wonderful cache of talents. This video is awesome and very well done! I look forward to the next video. GOD bless! Fyi, American Red Cross founder Clara Barton's home (in Glen Echo, MD), is 37 miles from Frederick. She would often get on a passenger barge on The C&O Canal near her house to go to and from Frederick, MD, to fulfill Red Cross related business endeavors.
Thank you so much Kenneth for the great feedback and continued support. My wife is a big Clara Barton fan and briefly attended Clara Barton School of Medicine. Also thank you for sharing her home. On my way to Cumberland I will make a stop.
Cool video. You did a good job with that part of downtown and some history. Is there any chance you can go back to Frederick during the summer? There is some interesting places and history in Frederick. A few interesting places are Fort Detrick Army Base. It’s the biggest Army research and development command base in the country. There’s a deep history of manufacturing steel at the old Frederick Iron & Steel Plant, there are City Tours like ghost tours, Civil War/Battle of Monocacy tours. There’s so much more if your interested.
Me my momma and sister brought a house in Frederick Md but Gotdamm what a county it clean asf and I’ve never heard about crime here so quiet and nice 🙏🏿

@@Janopooh love Frederick. Will
Definitely keep the secret safe
This city is criminally underrated. It's up there with places like Asheville NC and Bend OR in terms of small cities. What I'd give to live there...
Me my momma and sister brought a house in Frederick Md but Gotdamm what a county it clean asf and I’ve never heard about crime here so quiet and nice 🙏🏿
You should include some food stops if you made them
Terrific job! By the way, you slightly mispronounced Potomac and Illinois. Yes, I knit pick. Thank you for your videos.
Thank you Chip appreciate the feedback
Also, Jubal, as in Jubal Early. It's kind of like jubilee, but without the 'ee'. More like 'bull'.Equal emphasis on both syllables.
Montgomery County is better
