How do you adjust humidity?

No ventilation needed? Do the little red plugs stay in the top of the incubator? (i lost one of mine - what to do?). I wondered if the hole was for putting the temp / humidity probe down, as it fits perfectly, ha.

does the egg turner move quickly or slowly? Plug it in and demo it? Does it need to warm up? So many questions because all three of the egg turners from my parents old farm don't do anything when plugged in. Could use more details on that aspect

I have this egg turner and it does move; but it's so slow that you can't see it by just watching it continually. Note where it is at, then come back in an hour or so and look again.

It just does not have motorized circulation. It has red plugs for ventilation when humidity needs to be dropped.
