It's honestly really fun to see Flats play Pokémon particularly cause he seems to actually know how to play the video game (calling Natures and knowing about Hidden Power's typing mechanic), so this is something I feel invested in lol. Would be fun to watch a Gen 9 let's play assuming he hasn't played it yet.
I don't remember exactly but didn't he say one of his favorite games was pokemon xd? Or something like that?

Ultra sun/moon is one of the only pokemon games I've given up on nuzlocke. The beginning is brutal. 1 hour of cutscenes -> pokemon school fight with like 2 encounters before. -> 2 encounters -> BS smeargle fight -> gym fight -> real gym fight. Prolly better randomized tho?
Randomized nuzlockes is essentially just rolling dice for a lot of the time
@@defectivesickle5643 Yeah for my friend group we found that for soul link nuzlockes that we randomize we have to turn off random legendary encounters because running into 1 early/mid rayqueezy will ruin a whole run.
I mean, it MIGHT be easier. Or you can run into a Mewtwo trainer or something. It's really, well... Random.

Wailord sized W!! I love Flats’ Pokémon content, it’s always funny and a genuinely good watch. I’m interested to see what you think of SM’s story.. most of the fan base is 50/50 on it. I personally like it but a lot and I mean A LOT of Pokémon fans think Sun and Moon have the worst story; which is the furthest thing from true. If you wanna talk about bad storylines in Pokémon, look no further than Let’s GO!, BDSP and Sword and Shield. LGPE and SwSh weren’t bad games, they were just super boring but BDSP on the other was awful. None of the love that the OG gen 4 games had was given to BDSP. Hell they didn’t even code the shiny charm properly, you only have increased odds on fucking eggs lmao… ILCA dropped the ball, fumbled the bag, and burned down the kitchen.
