Moving Picture Production Thankyou! Steadicams are still widely used throughout the film industry and have a completely more natural feel to them. Gimbals won't take over the industry. Give it a shot!
Moving Picture Production talk to operators about what tools and skills you will need, buy them, obtain them, work as much as you can whenever you can on whatever you can. And practice. And if you arent in an area with much work. Move somewhere that does.
Could you do a video of explaining the rule of thirds? found louds of video's but there not easy to understand?

So, you can fly 50lbs cameras on that???
Not on the model he uses here but on the bigger ones yes, but typically you use more lightweight gear because the look is different on those extreme heavy setups
what steadicam would you recomend i've been looking to buy one for professional use?
I have only used the Steadicam products so I cant talk for another company. Get one that will take the load of the camera set up you are using. Steadicam products are great from my own experience!

It's a Scout, if you pause around 9:51 and look at the back of the battery plate, it says Scout. Pretty impressive with that large of a camera rig.
FML. I started making videos on youtube in 2008 and am now unemployed due to depression while some cockney has my dream job.
