The Conoco Phillips oil refinery is so influential in tiny Roxanna, Illinois that the Mayor refuses to even admit the plant creates any pollution. This story aired on KMOV-TV in January 2009.

i live in bethalto il if the wind is blowin right you can smell the nasty odor and now i can see conoco city from bethalto., and conoco and shell need to hire guys that live near the refinery.
