I use Penetrex instead of Quanta. They contains similar ingredients which has Arnica Montana aka Wolfsbane. I read that some people are allergic to it though.

Really what's the difference in the new Yonex Vcore 98 and the ones from a few years back that I love and still play with, the Yonex Vcore 98 SV? Is it just the paint job? Or have they really improved it? I like the heavier racquets in the 95, 97 or 98 inch frames. If this is just a case of paint job I'll pass and if I have to pick up some more of the older few years back ones like I own as they get cheaper because ppl upgrade due to paint jobs mostly, which is silly!

Hey thanks for the daily videos. I enjoy them every morning. I play a lot on hard courts, have knees that have been pounded for years, play a lot, >1/day and am heavier than I’d like. I’m after a shoe that gives great cushioning so that my knees don’t hate me. Any recommendations? Thank you
Definitely agree with the over grip recommendation. I tried many and felt Dunlop SuperTac was head and shoulders above the rest. Worth the price too as they are very durable and the tack lasts a good ten hours or more.
@@cold_servo_pie it doesnt really seem that way anymore, the pure drive is still insanely popular, but theyre a good brand and i use the pure drive myself, i think the VS is just a bit of a change in specs but it works perfectly if you want a lot of power
6:43 Triniti balls are absolutely terrible. Like rubber pellets. Don't bounce like normal balls at all. Awful, beyond belief. And no, after 10 uses, it doesn't still bounce - not normally anyway - it's flat as it as pressurized ball.

Those trinity balls are awesome for ppl that dont want to spend a lot of $. I have bought them and im really happy, im using them like few months and they last as long as you want stick to them
Pro tip, if you have stinky shoes or you just want to keep them from smelling then nothing works better than 70% alcohol poured on cotton balls stuck in your shoes!
Haha, lost all credibility when you recommended Wilson Triniti balls as the best available. Hands down the worst ball on the market. Utter trash. Like hitting rocks straight out the tube and they give you tennis elbow - not my personal opinion, but that of many players. DO NOT go near these balls, they're a disaster.
I don’t agree. The are consistent and have great bounce. They feels like rocks yes, but mainly for 30-60 min only. Then they are not rocks anymore. You just need to get used to them. I have pretty sensitive arm and had no problem hitting them

For the first time I played with Triniti balls. They have more true and long lasting bounce than most types.
