Can we have a moment of silence.. We lost a Landcruiser Yesterday in the flash floodwaters in mid north NSW. A small fault stalled the car, before the recovery vehicle came a deluge rose waters over 1.5m and my pride and joy went to Landcruiser heaven. I spent all my money on her, she did everything I ever wanted but died before travelling to the Cape. God bless her. 🙏

I was taking people home through the backroads at the time that couldn’t get to their houses. Just happened to have shit luck where for some reason it stalled in knee deep water, by the time he’ll came we had 150mm of rain in just under an hour and took it all away.
Surely you have to consider changing the canopy set up. Maybe two lift off canopies. That way you can have one smaller half canopy/dog box to have the fridge and some storage for harder tracks - then have the second one on for longer touring stuff. Similar to gone bush on Instagram

If craney wanted a powerful hilux he didnt even need to swap in an LS he couldve just used either the stock 2.5 or 3.0 and it wouldve been powerful enough he couldve just changed a turbo added a oil cooler , intercooler , change spark plugs , add a couple transmission coolers and added like five sets of unichip he wouldve had like about 400 horsepower and 1000 nm of torque and if you need it to be tuned you should find the world famous unichip tuner that lives in Malaysia name Andrew au yong he is a friend of my dads and because of him my dad has a 350 horse power and 600 nm of troque Toyota Hilux
