I see you've encountered my least favorite CH enemy at the end: Gray Mastermind. Either that or it's my second or third least favorite, I haven't decided yet.
Haha, true. That could be said for a LOT of maps, but this one got it pretty clear and upfront. Oh, really? I actually don't mind (hehe) the gray mastermind, I even like it a little.
@@LokiShade91 I think the main issue I have with gray mastermind (aside from the overly tanky optional minds/cybies) is the fact that one of it's attacks can pretty much instakill you from far away, and there's no way to avoid it. Unavoidable attacks are a huge no-no for me, especially when it's super powerful like it is here. The other two attacks for gray mastermind are better, one is them is good, the other is pretty weak. I like to call Gray Mastermind the "Goldilocks" enemy, because one attack is too strong, one attack is too weak, the other attack is just right.
@@dewzan That's interesting, I don't think I know that powerful attack. I know that it does a charged attack that seems to grow in strenght after a while, like it start shooting small spikes and then shoots big spikes.
@@LokiShade91 Yeah, if you're far enough away, Gray mastermind does the same attack that the gray chaingunner does, where it has perfect accuracy and does a bunch of damage, except that attack occurs like an actual chaingun, and it does huge damage in a matter of just one second. If you don't find cover within a second, you're just dead. Speaking of gray chaingunner, I don't like gray chaingunner either, for largely the same reason.
