That's a good story. Kajiura had been musically escorting you for years and you finally found her. I'm sure this is the case for a lot of fans of those anime for which these songs were composed. That's why I was not pleased with the Crunchyroll audio issue during their Anime Awards livestream.
Just realise that the lower register voice in this part 1:43 going forward is being done by Kaori! Only accompanied by Joelle and Yuriko for mezzo-soprano (?) Very visible at 2:11 where Keiko not using her mic at all. That is so interesting! 😍 #KaoriFighting
Oh yeah Kaori has a solid low range (stronger in her more recent years) and an overall wide usable range. Maybe 2 1/2 octaves. Actually all the main FJ ladies (Joelle, Yuriko Kaida, Keiko, Kaori) have good ranges of possibly 2 octaves and above.
I haven't heard this song in fifteen years or so (the anime is from 2005). HOWEVER as soon as it started, I said "It's fcking Tsubasa!!", without even seeing the name or the info about CLAMP. Amazing how some songs just stay hidden in our minds
I think Kajiura-san feels the most comfortable when she is collaborating with Ito Eri. It's one of the best performances I've heard, it's so good and beautiful!
Eri Ito has such an amazing and powerful stage presence that I feel like the other girls get a bit insecure, haha. Anyway, this version is better than the original. And her expressions while singing are the best!
Yes she has charisma on stage on par with Kasahara, with her smile and strong gaze. I feel the other ladies only slightly approach these mistresses of the stage (Kasahara, Eri Itou). There are good singers, then performers, then singer-actresses.

私は初梶浦さんがまどマギで、よくbgmやedを聴いていてそこからまどマギのMADでSee-Sawの「君のいた物語」を好きになり数してAimerさんの「I beg you」にハマりFateを履修したのち全部同じ人が作ってたの！と同じくびっくりしたのと私はずっと梶浦サウンドに惹かれてたのねとなりました！

何気にこの世で一番好きな曲。もう２０年くらい前の曲だけど、伊東さんの声質が全然変わってないのに感動した。
see-sawを中学生の時に知ってそれからもう僕は３６歳になりました😅現在も自分が好きな作品には梶浦さんがいます！昔の作品から新しい作品まで一緒に時代を歩んでる気がしてグッとくるものがあります😊出会えてほんとに良かった！

梶浦さんとの出会いは小学校の時に見ていた歴史秘話ヒストリアでした。その当時は幼かったこともあり、梶浦さんについて知ったのは10年も経った高校生の時でした。友人に勧められたFate zeroの主題歌に衝撃を受け、すぐにKalafinaのCDを買いました。
そのアルバムでStriaに再開し、梶浦さんのことを知りました。自分の好きな音楽に気付いた瞬間でした。
20歳になり大人になりましたが、毎日あなたの曲を楽しみに生きています。素敵な演奏をありがとうございました。

Joelle is a really good support for Eri because of Joelle's more classical foundation.
But you can barely hear Joelle because KAORI is so strong there. Joelle would be a mezzo harmony and I’d love to hear it
