Should High School Reunions Be FREE Or PAID Parties?

It's already bad enough that the small town of Ogdensburg, New York hates Aimee. Now her high school reunion is causing issues because the organizer has the gall to ask for $40 a head. It includes 3 drinks, food, the nice venue, a photo booth and band. Should it be free and boring? Pay a little to make it extra?
