It was only when I admitted to myself I wanted something serious that my energy changed and those types of men disappeared. Dating apps are full of avoidant types... secure attachment types aren't on those apps for long, where as the serial short-term daters keep reappearing time after time or are on there for long periods at a time. It naturally over indexes on them, but also... I would still jump back on them cause how else are you gonna meet people??
