Jen's dedication with the specific intros, costumes, and backgrounds on her videos is so admirable 💕
I was 100% expecting the curse to come forth and Jen's eyes to glow void-purple and for whatever was in the box to put me back to sleep.
Plot twist, she was cursed from the beginning of the video and that is why she was so reckless and carefree when she explored :D

The way you tell the story of finding the temple and the boxes is amazing. First time I’ve had tingles entirely from dialogue, without even needing the visuals or additional sounds
I watched this like it was a David Attenborough documentary 😅 I was so enthralled I forgot it was ASMR. So good as always 👏 your acting was 10/10.

I've relistened to this one the most. I love adventure audiobooks, and adventure radio plays. The story, acting, accents are all pleasant.
Atlantis and El Dorado? I guess that crackpot at the Smithsonian, Thatch, was on to something after all. Loved the tale of this tomb with its traps and dangers; I'd listen to all of your discoveries if they're told like this one. But, now to rest. We've got quite the adventure ahead 😴

Careful there...there is literally a whole series of movies about the dangers of messing with mysterious "puzzle boxes" (Hellraiser)....*laughs* ANOTHER great video though. I can't wait to see what you come up with next!
As a counter argument, we could befriend a long dead pharaoh by completing the puzzle, much like in Yugioh.
That would be an interesting end to the video, just before the video stops you hear "the box, you opened it, we came"

When I heard the fly I thought for a minute it was an intentionally added effect, like an early clue that the aforementioned curse was already upon us. Fortunately, we seemed to make it all the way through unscathed.

When the box starts rattling _all by itself_ then you know running has become pointless.
Explorer: "Don't listen to them; talking about a curse just because you happened to walk through that stone circle." 😒
Me: Well, I didn't *just* walk through the circle. I also gave a newly-dead villager a proper burial inside the circle, then read a few passages from the Necro-something-or-other. 😆

You could totally repurpose that outfit for a Jane from Disney's "Tarzan" roleplay. Just an idea. Keep up the good work.
