Er. Rashid has not been allowed to attend Parliament session and he will be in Tihar jail after 1st October under a use and throw policy. Any of his representatives or those from Jamat background, if elected, will be just like a rudderless ship and will be easily swallowed by big fish of the politics. Kashmiri people are better judge and know the ground situations better.
