You are very correct about the church being an instrument. It's a bit too chicken/egg to know which came first I think. But I think the choiral music back then was written to take advantage of the accoustics of the church buildings, and possibly the churches themselves built that way with this in mind after a time.

bravo à Pomme tout d'abord, autant de talents réunis dans une seule personne si jeune laisse pantois ! quelle voix magnifique... bravo ensuite à la réalisation si pure, si respectueuse de l'artiste (j'avais déjà eu ce sentiment avec ce que vous avez fait avec 'feu chaterton') le son, les images, le cadrage... et les images de fin sur les statues de pierres sont incroyables, on a l'impression quelles vont s'animer, qu'elles nous parlent... en fait elles nous parlent au-delà des années et du temps passé : elles sont ce que nous sommes....

YT recommended me this video exactly 3 years ago- in January 2020.I was delighted then like you ...what a voice, what a girl, what a music🤩I was following her career during these 3 years and for me she is still the best and charming singer I,ve ever listened to.She is just fantastic and talented😀. I just found out that she is nominated again as a best Feminine artist and best Record in French music awards for 2022😁
