I honestly think the Draenai Totemcarver is pretty good. Even one totem makes it a 4 mana 5/5 with no drawback and that's already solid. And anything more than that is better and better. I think the totem stuff is awesome overall. HOW GOOD IS TOTEMIC MIGHT?!

Fitzzz15 Muster is 3 mana. Gives you a weapon. Guys synergise with paladin in general (quartermaster, equality..) Is playable from early to late. Feign death is unplayable, even was in the height of deathrattle- nax-gvg transition. And even then its a 8 mana combo to get 3 70% shitty cards and does nothing on the board. Meanwhile quartermaster + muster. Only 2 decks for hunter, and both are aggro. Gotta keep playing them cuz blizz wont open up the options...
This is definitely the most innovative expansion so far. New mechanics, a major emphasis on hero powers, and a huge card variety. This expansion is definitely one that can and will change the meta.
Still waiting for a good rogue weapon... Why can't they just make 4 mana 4/2 deathrattle: draw a card, i mean it's as balanced as truesilver or death's bite :/
Mirza Ajanovic It's more like 1.5 mana, really. Lower mana cost cards are nearly always overbudgeted compared to higher cost cards in this game. A really good example is Abusive Seargent compared to Dark Iron Dwarf. Both have the same effect but D.I.D. takes a stat hit for it while abusive does not. It's a common trend throughout the game and it's what makes Aggro decks viable/good in this game.
Mirza Ajanovic Iunno... Draw a card is typically valued at about 2 mana, whilst heal 4 would land at about 1 (Antique Healbot can be seen as a 3 mana body with pay 2 mana heal 8. Yes Healing Touch exists but no one plays it because it's garbage), and Whirlwind is also valued at 1. Maybe a 5 mana 4/2 or a 4 mana 3/2 is more reasonable for that effect.
Mirza Ajanovic They do it for the same reason hunter doesn't have fireball or druids don't have good hard removal. A 4/2 weapon for 4 in rogue, even vanilla, would be way too good. Assassins blade gets a pass because one extra mana for 1 less dmg and 2 more durability is actually acceptable. And yeah...i wish rogues were in a better spot too but it will come some day :)
28:30 I'm pretty sure that when the summon is a battlecry, it appears to the right of the card which summoned it. Basically like Silver Hand Knight. The token doesn't appear on the right side of the board, it appears to the right of the knight which summoned it, so you will still be able to position the possible flametongue, but tuskarr will automatically be blocking the left side when it's summoned. Summons that happen from spells, like mindgames, are automatically placed on the far right.

it is not unexplainable though. It's just the order matters. The cards' effects (active ones, deathrattles - name it) trigger in the order they were played in. (That's actually pretty important information when both you and your opponent have Sylvanas on the board)

Generally molten giant is garunteed to work better as 10 taps is 20 health but of course the enemy will do damage so that makes molten giant much better than frost giant for warlock. I think frost giant may see play in warrior / priest decks as they last long enough to utilize the effect

Domi Tab problem is finding space with already 4 giants in the deck, that and its more a late game card which overlaps with moltens spot in the deck, but I could see one getting used in some variants, we will just have to wait and see.
Domi Tab I think it might see play in something like control warrior or some slower mage decks. Putting one in your deck is such a late-game gambit that you'd need to make sure you can consistently stall out the game and use your hero power frequently. Handlock uses hero power a fair bit but it's not obligated to stall out the game, so I imagine throwing in a frost giant could make the deck slower and worsen the hunter matchup.
about the Tuskarr Totemic: if he creates a Totem to his right, you just have to put him to the left of any minion, so the totem created would appear right between them.

Because if its a secret its cost decreases because you cant chose when to play its eff (1. consecracion - 4 mana -> explosive trap - 2 mana; 2. dark bolt - 3 mana snipe - 2 mana (random eff), flame cannon - 2 mana (random eff); 3. Faceless manip - 5 mana, mirror - 3 mana; 4. Velen's chosen - 3 mana, Avenge - 1 mana). basically cost drops 1~2 mana if card is a seacret, the smae fing is with random effects.
I am very happy that Hearthstone gets a new expansion. I play Hearthstone since it officaly got realesed and i still dont have all classic cards and all gvg card. I really miss some key cards like for example sylvannas or armor smith. One reason why i miss alot of cards is that i never really liked arena and rarely play this mode and that i am not spending money in this game. So the best change for myself with this new expansion is the arena rewards, now i am able to get every type of card packs :D

Ball of Spiders is not going to be good in my opinion, it's just too slow, yeah you get 3 cards and three 1/1s but at turn 6 you're facing some big stuff and i dont think three webspinners can deal with it. In constructed forget it too.
Can't wait for the update! Wished they showed more priest cards though because I only play that on constructed. Kind of like ball of spiders because I love webspinners in arena I still remember when I got 11 legendaries from my 4 webspinner deck went 11-3
another way of looking at kodo rider on turn 8 is 6 mana for two 3/5's and 1 has Battlecry: You are forced to use your hero power. Oh, and the whole pdudo-taunt in a 'Kill me or lose' fashion is pretty cool.
Im really excited to see miracle hunter, and my guess this will be the deck that uses the sniper to keep control over the board while you hoard those cards.
In reference to the Poisoned Blade, I wouldn't be surprised to see other rogue cards that have "Combo: Activate your hero power" which would synergize with this very well. Just my theory though.
I'm kinda happy that Blizzard is giving Shaman more Totem support because with the limited support Shamans had before, the deck just never existed. Even though I believe the deck may still be a gimmick, it is still a good idea I believe to add something more to the Totems to make it into, perhaps a new deck.
Guys, don't you see what this means? With Maiden of the Lake, you'll be able to use your hero power in the General Drakkisath encounter. Obviously the biggest news yet for the expansion.
Can you just imagine giving the lowly squire some priest health buffs? then just healing it every time its damaged? could be worth while in some circumstances! I'm so pumped to play around with entirely new synergies man! :D
Guys, Lowly Squire is very similar to Zombie Chow for Mages. Play it turn 1, then you can do 1 damage hero power and it'll be a 2/2. I think it'll do very well.

I'm really glad blizzard made totem golem. It's a great card against the rush meta and it's one of the few cards that seems to fur fill the role of overload.
Tuskar Totemic is outrageous value. Kripp said Gnomish Inventor was already decent because it drew you a card and if u never reached fatigue zapping a big minion into a chicken doesn't matter. Tuskar draws you a card not in your deck AND plays it for you for free, The only other minion that gives this insane of value is Mad Scientist except that MS's deathrattle has to pop, this is a battlecry so you have the control over it which makes it so crazy this plus the Totemic Golem, it being a totem as well, could revitalize Shaman.
Those shaman cards are delicious. Literally perfect and exactly what shaman needs, giving it some more identity. It's original identity seemed to be windfury and the overload mechanic. Windfury proved to be complete trash with few exceptions and overload was never an archetype that you could go all in with, even with the addition of Lava Shock. So with that being said, Totems being expanded upon finally gives Shaman players a clear cut path to take when constructing a deck, and Shamans using these cards will probably do quite well on the ladder.
Shaman is back!!! Arthas: 6 mana; 5 attack 5 health - inspire: summon a 2-1 ghoul; deathrattle: equip a 5-3 Frostmourne Sindragosa: 9 mana (dragon); 8 attack 8 health - inspire: Arthas is invulnerable for 1 full turn. Doesn't sound too OP and pretty cool right?
Kripparrian the text on the Skycap'n Kragg is confusing to me. It never says it costs (1) less for each friendly pirate ON the board, nor it says for each you hold or for each pirate you summon that turn. It is not clear to me.
What does Effigy produce when a Molten Giant is killed? Hopefully Blizzard make another 20 mana minion to avoid the boring result of the same minion reappearing.

I thought that "Ball of spiders" would play into face hunter, since its big weakness is running out of cards. Now, if you failed to kill him early you have a card that can refill your hand.
One thing I'm worried about is these class specific "Your hero power" cards. Steameeedle Sniper doesn't affect any class other than Hunter even though it doesn't say so. I hope these new cards don't go the same way if they somehow manage to end up in the hands of another class.
The tuskarr totem summoning one is fucking godlike. Shaman will go from quite a shitty class this gnome expansion to an insanely good class come this tournament patch. The synergy of the totem cards is fucking crazy.

I am very happy that Hearthstone gets a new expansion. I play Hearthstone since it officaly got realesed and i still dont have all classic cards and all gvg card. I really miss some key cards like for example sylvannas or armor smith. One reason why i miss alot of cards is that i never really liked arena and rarely play this mode and that i am not spending money in this game. So the best change for myself with this new expansion is the arena rewards, now i am able to get every type of card packs :D

Ball of Spiders is not going to be good in my opinion, it's just too slow, yeah you get 3 cards and three 1/1s but at turn 6 you're facing some big stuff and i dont think three webspinners can deal with it. In constructed forget it too.

Can't wait for the update! Wished they showed more priest cards though because I only play that on constructed. Kind of like ball of spiders because I love webspinners in arena I still remember when I got 11 legendaries from my 4 webspinner deck went 11-3

another way of looking at kodo rider on turn 8 is 6 mana for two 3/5's and 1 has Battlecry: You are forced to use your hero power. Oh, and the whole pdudo-taunt in a 'Kill me or lose' fashion is pretty cool.
Im really excited to see miracle hunter, and my guess this will be the deck that uses the sniper to keep control over the board while you hoard those cards.
In reference to the Poisoned Blade, I wouldn't be surprised to see other rogue cards that have "Combo: Activate your hero power" which would synergize with this very well. Just my theory though.
I'm kinda happy that Blizzard is giving Shaman more Totem support because with the limited support Shamans had before, the deck just never existed. Even though I believe the deck may still be a gimmick, it is still a good idea I believe to add something more to the Totems to make it into, perhaps a new deck.
Finally can make my totem deck that I haven't been able to make until this expansion.

Can you just imagine giving the lowly squire some priest health buffs? then just healing it every time its damaged? could be worth while in some circumstances! I'm so pumped to play around with entirely new synergies man! :D
Guys, Lowly Squire is very similar to Zombie Chow for Mages. Play it turn 1, then you can do 1 damage hero power and it'll be a 2/2. I think it'll do very well.
It's quite obvious Blizz wants Ball of Spiders to combo with Starving Buzzard and Scavenging Hyena. Feels like a control hunter is on the way
i've already been focusing on getting a Totem specific deck together when i don't need any other cards. i might have to focus on that a bit more
omg this new design synergy with hero power could drastically change the game unlike last expansions these cards actually do something to change meta not just buff old meta decks

I almost feel like Ball of Spiders is there so Lock and Load can "whiff." Though, a way to "draw beasts" has some use.

I'm really glad blizzard made totem golem. It's a great card against the rush meta and it's one of the few cards that seems to fur fill the role of overload.
Tuskar Totemic is outrageous value. Kripp said Gnomish Inventor was already decent because it drew you a card and if u never reached fatigue zapping a big minion into a chicken doesn't matter. Tuskar draws you a card not in your deck AND plays it for you for free, The only other minion that gives this insane of value is Mad Scientist except that MS's deathrattle has to pop, this is a battlecry so you have the control over it which makes it so crazy this plus the Totemic Golem, it being a totem as well, could revitalize Shaman.
Those shaman cards are delicious. Literally perfect and exactly what shaman needs, giving it some more identity.
It's original identity seemed to be windfury and the overload mechanic. Windfury proved to be complete trash with few exceptions and overload was never an archetype that you could go all in with, even with the addition of Lava Shock.
So with that being said, Totems being expanded upon finally gives Shaman players a clear cut path to take when constructing a deck, and Shamans using these cards will probably do quite well on the ladder.
That's some good Shaman support... I'm impressed with what they got...

Kripparrian the text on the Skycap'n Kragg is confusing to me.
It never says it costs (1) less for each friendly pirate ON the board, nor it says for each you hold or for each pirate you summon that turn. It is not clear to me.
I'm calling it now the next hero portrait for Shaman will be a Tauren.
Totem deck seems pretty strong. If you got the totem golem from the tuskarr totemic, the value is off the charts.
What does Effigy produce when a Molten Giant is killed? Hopefully Blizzard make another 20 mana minion to avoid the boring result of the same minion reappearing.

I thought that "Ball of spiders" would play into face hunter, since its big weakness is running out of cards. Now, if you failed to kill him early you have a card that can refill your hand.
If you have the mana to use ball of spiders as face hunter youre doing it wrong.
One thing I'm worried about is these class specific "Your hero power" cards. Steameeedle Sniper doesn't affect any class other than Hunter even though it doesn't say so. I hope these new cards don't go the same way if they somehow manage to end up in the hands of another class.
I hope these cards bring some more priests back to the meta. They use their hero power quite often as it is.

The tuskarr totem summoning one is fucking godlike. Shaman will go from quite a shitty class this gnome expansion to an insanely good class come this tournament patch. The synergy of the totem cards is fucking crazy.
