Cover your magnets with bright colored duct tape so they don't get lost in the sand and grass when they fall off, also makes it makes them easier to handle.

I like to use the old style sheer curtains as bug screens. They are durable and they look pretty!

I have those magnets and they tend to crumble, so I wrapped mine in mailing tape to keep them longer… rainbow tape btw so they’re easier to find when fall off or get left on around my van. 😊. Also I like to keep them whole, mainly for uniformity, and a few will break anyway just cuz of brittleness 👍🤷🏻‍♀️.
I am currently in the mastermind stage of screening my doors ! Was planning on the magnet route too, but wasn’t sure what screen to get. Been searching for a stretch lace to use instead!

I have screening and magnets wanting to do the same on my van but I was thinking I would need to glue the magnets to the screen not even thinking I could just put them directly on my van. Was overthinking the whole idea.
Thanks for showing how easy this actually will be!

I do somewhat the same in my window open and door shut. Looking at ways of keeping it all open. You can probably cover the gap behind the sliding door cutting appropriately located cut in the screen to go around the door opening hinges.

If you have a black and decker leaf blower, it will suck up all the bugs and blow them out the door. Great for blowing hard to start fires, cooling off friends and blowing out tent or van too.

Nice product and job. I didn't know you could get screen like that. I've looked at Home Depot in the past. Do you sleep with your doors wide open? Even with Matty close that's a scary thing.

So now that the screens are up, how do you get in the van if you wanted to say let’s be inside the van with the screens up since the magnets are on the outside? Would you have to climb in through the front?

On one side door you could leave the door shut and just open the window and cover the window with the screen 🤷‍♀️
