See, that’s the thing. It burns your soul as an Italian to see how he’s making the pizza. In the same way, it burns an American’s soul to see how he eats the pizza. In America, you eat pizza cut into slices with your hands. Very few adults eat pizza with a fork. Usually, when pizza is cut into small pieces, that’s because they’re cut for a toddler. It’s just not a culturally mature way to eat a pizza in America. Besides, when it’s cut into slices, you can use the crust as the “handle” and eat the good part of the pizza, leaving the crust for last. So if you don’t want the crust the just don’t eat it

Reason why it was watery at the end was because they used fresh mozzarella, whereas for pizza using non fresh, grated mozzarella is better as it is lower in water content, and has chemicals in to make it stretchier
