i watched a few of your videos and think u explain things well i'm new to this about a yr and a half i done through hole soldering and sm back in school porter & chester learnning computer electronics, went to pitney for about 17 yr, pm machiens, learning the ipads, but this is very interesting i have watched videos so much to get what i can from them, hours and hours and more hours going back and a very lot of notes, i went deep in this hobbie and now need to learn more, thank you and to all who take the time to support the customer they keeps us going
I change my temps a lot. Usually I remove cpu around 370c with 75 air. But I am not firm with my temps. I use this stencil: www.unionrepair.com/maant-c1-magnetic-motive-reballing-stencil-platform-for-a8-a16.html
Im having issues improving my reballing skills, when taking out CPU I loose pads on CPU itself and not on the board. I use a SUGON 8620DX. Heat 380°C and Air flow 30... Pls are there any recommendation or Guide u can give to me?????
sir please I need help. I have an iphone 12 pro max and sometimes appears like pink squares for only a second and when I try to play pubg mobile it crashes so much like every 3 minutes less or more it keeps crashing again all the time, and I'm not able to bring it back to apple for many resons. Can you help me with an app on the macbook or PC to solve this problem without opening iphone hardware parts ?
My iPhone xr has been serviced by the baseband but the technician said there was a crack in the baseband, and the data could not be copied, how should I do it? Thnk you
I am not sure at which point you are referring to, but at the end of the video I powered it with a battery. I just connect to pc to pull data. There are a lot of software that can parse it, or you can just pull an itunes backup. I may make a video one day about the software I use, but they are nothing special and there are many different methods that different people use.
@@iBoardRepair After watching Jesse's video I believe you just used the charging cable to boot the phone. That's what I was asking about at the 53 or 54 mark
I assume if you are going to be attempting any type of cpu work, then you should already have the splitting skill down perfectly. Otherwise, there is zero chance at a successful cpu swap. Most of my other videos show the split, but it is very simple. Put on a heating platform, then pull apart when it is the appropriate temp.
@@iBoardRepair thanks a lot man. I really appreciate. Watched your video and it does reball well. Please what solder paste do you also use to reball I phone 12 and 13 series sandwich board?
On minute 44:17 was scary when the eeprom blow up. Thanks GOD you got the eeprom on the tower. Good video
Lol yes that was scary. I would have had to search for awhile otherwise. I use low air during that part. But still, I should not let that happen.
For cleaning the cpu undefiled what temp plz master am using Quick 861

My man! Keep up the good work.
Also good to hear from you bro! Thanks for the support!
Nice work and that’s pretty complex
hi can you share your temp and air in hot air for reference, and also the brand of you reballing stencil it very precise...thanks

Is the old board reusable by uv curing ?.
What happened there.
Peeled of pcb layer?
Next time please mention about the temperature and air at the side of screen for reference n educational purposes

Nice job 👌👍❤️
BTW r u work from home?
Your daughter is so cute 🥰

I think you need to add a bit more airflow something at least 60

It most likely needs new parts and software won't help
you are good person. great work.

Excellent work !
Thanks for watching!

It's an extremely difficult job. I wish I were at your level

I am from India. iPhone CPU reballing long lasting or not.
how many degrees Celsius does the blower heat? Hello bro, I'm from Indonesia.. Your video motivated me to learn to use the CPU👍🙏
take me to be your student teacher🙏

Some of my newer cpu swap videos have temperatures, watch those ones.
bro how temperature delodering this cpu and air flow?

My iPhone xr has been serviced by the baseband but the technician said there was a crack in the baseband, and the data could not be copied, how should I do it? Thnk you
Baseband is for signal/service. It is irrelevant for data recovery purposes.
@@iBoardRepair i mean data of the baseband cannot copy 😅
@@iBoardRepair Because there is a crack in the baseband, there must be a way to copy the data (chip), not data storage,
How did you power up the phone? Was that the positive lead of the DC power supply?
Also, what do you connect to the phone to get to the data? And how?

great work and vid
What solder paste do you use to reball iPhone 12 & 13 sandwich board?
148c, but 138 or even 183 would probably be okay too. It is just personal preference.
Is it possible to upgrade the AP?
Not possible.
Wish you had shown how to unsandwich the logic board
