There's a Kenyan youtuber who started her channel as a family oriented channel. She'd do meal preps, shopping, outings with the family and then at some point her channel became her cleaning a diff room each week. I didn't mind it because I learnt a of cleaning hacks and tips from her. The views went down and eventually she stopped posting. I haven't seen any new vid in over a year. That made me sad coz she was bubbly and calming to watch.
I should stop talking like a pastor with proverbs before getting to the point 😂😂😂. My point was cleaning vids are relaxing to watch. And the vid is even more interesting when the content is mixed up e.g. cleaning, cooking, self care etc.
I love the tv stand. It was worth the wait

I enjoy watching someone clean. I’d pick such over someone applying makeup. However if it’s explaining a novel process it’s okay but if not kama ni viombo or things which are like self explanatory I always feel like forwarding. So the cleaning is not bad however when it comes to the nitty gritty and they are obvious just fast forward or whatever the word is supposed to be used there. Like ipeleke mbio tujue umefanya. There’s a vloger I really love but I don’t enjoy her cleaning videos yet I love cleaning videos. You know why? Ata osha viombo like kikombe akamue akirecord like zote and I’m like okay there’s nothing strange there why don’t you fast forward instead of wasting someone’s time. So I guess that’s the actual bother in most people. Not that cleaning videos are bad. Coz mimi they motivate me plus they teach me how to do things I didn’t know how to.
Like when Emily WK cleans or cooks you enjoy coz you know she’s doing something that you didn’t know how to do. Ata my girl Ashley Kenya. When she cleans I enjoy because she doesn’t show you the obvious she will fast forward. Coz hiyo obvious ndio it gets boring
