I found it so interesting that Allison Janney (CJ) worked here with Mark Harmon and he got NCIS due to his work as Simon Donovan on West Wing. Then on NCIS, he worked with Michael Weatherly (Tony) and Michael and Allison are half cousins.
Richard Schiff and other WW stars have guested on NCIS. I would love to see Allison on there or Marlee Matlin as they worked together on Reasonable Doubts and he learned to sign b/c of that show,

Americans like to believe there is a solution for all problems, that things will tend to end happily every after. And they do not. Tragedy is an unavoidable part of our lives. It was important that CJ found a man so overwhelmingly male that she could in good conscience surrender to him. And right after she does that, he is murdered.This scene is an important part of our education as human hearted members of our race.
