    Good morning! We are about to have breakfast at Probinsya buffet restaurant, one of the most popular here in Davao city. We are walking our way there. We are at Victoria Plaza Complex. Now, probinsya means province in the Philippines and as you can expect, it's going to be provincial themed.
    Victory Plaza Complex has a lot of restaurants around the area, there is also car service center, there's the mall, of course it's still closed, hen there is the Emerald Seafood Garden. And then there is our destination beconing, Probinsya! Morning breakfast is 495 per head, that's already buffet. Good deal, right? Entrance!
    Displayed foods: kutsinta, maja blanca, puto, pancakes and pan de sal, selection of jams, tsokolate (hot chocolate), salads, dried fish, dinuguan, longganisa/chorizo, tocino (cured meat), pansit, green beans, scrambled eggs/omelet, garlic fried rice, plain steamed rice, chicken mami (chicken noodle soup), arroz caldo, some more kakanin and fruits.
    Adelle and husband talking:
    - So, how did you like your breakfast?
    - Well, I liked it a lot.
    - Cause?
    - I was able to eat a lot of vegetables.
    - So you are here for the vegetables and not really for the Filipino food?
    - Well that, but yeah!
    - There goes my husband and his vegetables.
    What I had was friend rice, scrambled eggs, friend fish and dinuguan, puto. Well that's merienda but who says I can't have it for breakfast?Oh yeah, also had chorizo. See you next time!
