Aoa rubby sister I'm from Lucknow India... just tried ur puff pastry dough and I finally ft the result...puffed and crispy.I have a history of failed puff pastry dough ..I tried many international even Italian chefs recipe ND failed ..tried wd uni puff wd butter but end up in disappointment ...aaj aisay he aap K video dekh ri thi seen ur puff pastey dough in 15 mins socha I will try wd half cup of flour and 3 oz of butter K loss kam ho but seriously I'm so happily shocked wd amazing results my kids ND husband loved thm but 5 patties bn sakay and now I will make big batch tommorow IA and will make sweet heart cookies and apple srudle and so many more things like apple strudel ,buklava ...OMG I'm so happpppppy luv u I tried and share ur gola kebabs as well.
Actually I'm frm khi shadi K baad in lko and delhi ..Delhi mai puff pastry sheets miljati hai but in lko very difficult...plus in bakery we don't hv option fr halal mutton ND chkn patties....u just don't understand how much u hlpd me ..shadi K 19 saal baad khi jaisi chkn patties khai..Allhumdulilah.
Perfect layers..I use degchi instead of oven and I gt prfct result nxt time will use my convection oven if possible plz tell me the temperature settings.
Luv u aap ki rcp aap K lively nature ki wajah se dekhti thi ab try bhi karongi my frnd who lives in seatle also luv u ND tried ur rcps...I tried ur dahi baigan,gola kebab,ur jhatpat kheer..and now use to reduce milk and freeze it to make ur jgatpat kheer in emergency kal bhi bnai thi...ur so sweet dil se duain nikal rahi hai Allah aap ko aap ko family ko hamesha apne hifz o aman mai rakhy aap K bhai ka dekha socha aap ko comment karon bt ft depressed myself u can imagine family se doori dil kitna sensitive krdeti hai.
