AOA, I have followed a lot of recipes by you and they all turned out amazing! ❤️ I tried this today, however, when I coated chicken in dry mixture, it didn't turn flaky. I tried by best to follow each step, yet, it didn't turn out to be crispy since is all about its coating. Could you please guide where did I go wrong? Thank youuu ❤️
Did you use the same amount of oil shown? If yes, then it maybe that the coating was flattened due to the weight of the chicken because it wasn’t floating and pressed against the pan.

Dear Ruby, can we freeze the zinger patties after coating them with cornflour and starch. As it is difficult to make zinger from.the start every time esp for a working woman.

AOA, I have followed a lot of recipes by you and they all turned out amazing! ❤️ I tried this today, however, when I coated chicken in dry mixture, it didn't turn flaky. I tried by best to follow each step, yet, it didn't turn out to be crispy since is all about its coating. Could you please guide where did I go wrong? Thank youuu ❤️
Did you use the same amount of oil shown? If yes, then it maybe that the coating was flattened due to the weight of the chicken because it wasn’t floating and pressed against the pan.
