The drinks just keep getting better n better. Way to Jam!
Thanks for the support & cheers!
Oh baby it’s the best time of the day
Erich you are the best!!
Thank you so much for the good vibes!
Love this series my man! I just jumped back behind the bar after a bunch of years off and your pod and these videos are a great inspiration!
The industry is lucky to have you back! Lots of love and thanks for checking us out!
These are great! Thanks for sharing them. 😃
Let us know which one you like best!
Just made all three of these for the Queens Platinum Jubilee and were served with a cream tea round the parents, including bunting thanks they were all great!
Apparently the Queen loves a good cocktail. I wonder what she was drinking that day? Maybe a Planter's Punch?! We can only hope!
@@BartenderAtLarge have a feeling if she was would be Sherry based, or a simple G&T. Now the queen mom back in the day was a big time drinker and one of her famous quotes is “when you two queens are quite finished, you could get this old queen her drink."
That cherry cobbler looks absolutely amazing and sounds like it tastes even better! I really love how the frosting on the glass kind of brings out the pink cherry vibe of the whole thing, really drinking with your eyes as well as the mouth😍
That drink is a banger! If you think it looks good now, just wait until you try it!
As a British person this title got me very excited!
We knew that we would have you with the marmalade ;-)
I can't wait to experiment with the jam I just ordered from Trade Street Jam Co. There's a sour cherry ginger jam in the order that I think would go well with bourbon whiskey (not gonna lose our house with the cost of Japanese whiskey!). What a fun and inspiring video!
You could probably use the same recipe as the Cosmonaut with that one except with bourbon and your jam in place of the vodka and sour cherry jam. Did you try it yet?
Just when I thought the content couldn’t get any better, an episode jam packed with flavor and humor. More please.
For episode suggestion, multiple drinks with an aperitif or a liquor would be cool. It gives those who wouldn’t buy something for one drink options and expands their liquor cabinet. One of the more available Amari maybe, or a chartreuse. Maybe a Galliano ahem, golden dream. Fernet.
This cherry cobbler is 🔥
Dang! That is a really good idea. I think that could be a great episode. Also thanks for jam puns! 🤣
I was looking for an explanation of whether how to use jam in cocktails and I think I just found the perfect example. As I am writing this I am enjoying a Cosmonaut and man, it is delicious. Thanks!
That recipe is out of this world! Do you have any other favorites?
@@BartenderAtLarge I haven't tried much but I figured that Jam can also be used to do flavored-fruity margaritas when you are missing the proper fruit!
These are definitely my jam! 😎
We’ll toast to that!
I would love to know what inspired your Oceanside drink on the PP menu, by far top 3 favorite drink I’ve ever had and it’s so simple but yet elevated to another level with with celery bitters!
This will definitely be covered soon. Maybe an episode of my lesser known recipes could be fun. Cheers! - Erick
@@BartenderAtLarge yesss that would be awesome
Wow another amazing episode and don’t worry you did not go too hard on the jam jokes to be honest could of done with a few more! I really can’t wait to make these and have a date coming up where might make all 3! Cocktail I want to see on the show is the Bambi Buck!
Ain’t nothing wrong with a little NA. We just might have to feature an episode on it soon!
Jammin! #salucita💚🥃👊🏼
We be jamming over here!
I find that for me the Breakfast Martini is greatly improved by using a British-Style Seville Orange Marmalade. It may sound like too small a distinction to matter, but if you actually try some against other Marmalades the difference is night and day. British-Style Seville Orange Marmalade is nice and bitter as opposed to being only sweet. Just my thoughts.
This is next level marmalade game right here! Here is the states we don’t normally have that many options. Are there any brands in particular that you recommend?
@@BartenderAtLarge I used to buy the Trader Joe's Seville Marmalade, but an employee told me it was discontinued. Here in NC I was able to find this product in a Wegmans grocery store, but you can definitely find it by going to Amazon and typing in "Wilkin & Sons 'Tawny' Orange." I love the stuff but I seem to be a fiend for all things bitter lol. Hope this is helpful to someone.
Erick be jammin' hard lately! I was waiting for a bottle of screwball to make an entrance, but glad to see these were super classy coctails with common base ingredients! Btw. any chance to get your take on superjuice (the Nickle Morris type)? My limes always go missing or get old depending on if I buy too many or too few, so I was thinking that superjuice could be my solution with the added shelf life etc.
You know what sustainable cocktails sounds dope. Thanks for the suggestion!
Just made it on friday and it’s a keeper! 5 limes turned into over 0.5L of juice and there’s enough to last us the whole weekend. Tested the juice in Tommys Margarita, Mai Tai and a Pineapple Daiquiri with great success! I almost broke my immersion blender, so next time I will use my blender, other than being a little hard on the tools its perfect!
What is the song playing during the cosmonaut cocktail?
Oh man, I don't even know. Its like one of a 60 royalty free tracks that we got offline. Pretty sick though, right?
first
Cheers, Odie!
