It's nice to see Meagan and company on this channel. It's amazing what Ridgefield running company has done for the local running community. Having worked in Running specialty for years I can honestly say that no one does it better.
I enjoy the runners weekend videos. The course you ran in the morning was scenic, I’m envious. Your sister must be “ the bomb.” Ridge field running co is neat. Once again, I liked your food selections. I’m also a fan of the Megans. Thank you for sharing. Can’t wait to see your Paris trip

Glad to see u in CT where i grew up.. And the bagels are so good as we use that NYC water. Dont judge Sallys by the Fairfield location the New Haven OG location is a different kinda pie. Sadly i never ran when i lived in CT only once i was in FL so never had to deal with those hills.
my sister used to always get me Frank Pepe's, back when they used to cut the slices into those wacky shapes. but now it seems to be Sallys that she likes.

I injured my hamstring doing these incorrectly a couple of months ago (and in the process destroyed my race plan for the winter) and still don't really know how to properly approach them. Having an EV is awesome for summer running. Fire up the AC when you're 5 mins away from the car and it's nice and cool when you get back to it
So bummed I didn't get to make this event. I ran the Ridgefield half last year and it was by far the best hosted running event I've ever been to!
