Oh wow! Totally completely amazing Katherine! Do you think normal student grade acrylics can do a good job with this painting? I have canvas, I have student grade paints. Really want to try this out. I also have your last watercolor painting tutorial sketched out and will show you this week ! I love your tutorials. Very different, very achievable and yet so beautiful!!
Yes! Student grade acrylics will be nice for this painting! I tried my best to create a really simple tutorial - with all basic techniques. Also, color mixing here based on the small number of colors - so you don't need a big set of acrylics or some rare shades!
Hi Katherine! I painted this today. My metallic ball texture didn't come like yours. Selected round canvas for this painting. I had that canvas since 10 years :D I changed 3 houses and that canvas changed houses with me :D. I tagged you in my post in instagram. Thank you :)
making berries technique was great! second's job and such amzazing 3D effect. I wish I could find out why metallic balls texture couldn't come properly. It was such a treat to watch you get that.
Somehow you comment was marked as spam by YouTYBE) Sorry for late answer.... I saw your painting in INSTAGRAM and you know my opinion already - round canvas for this one is really good and interesting idea. About metallic balls - I will paint it at winter I think, when its will be more requested. Metal texture needs for some still lives (...maybe pots or cups) and Christmas ornaments - so winter will be just perfect time for it))
Very realistic one, just found your painting channel and i loved it. Gonna try this painting soon, i have a question to ask: is it normal acrylic painting or some kind of mettalic one?

its just usual, normal acrylic. "Metalic" effect here done by the contrast between the really dark background and lighter details on fore ground
Why are you talking like that. Talk so we can understand your words
