    I appreciate all this. Im hoping to inspire people to be a part of the team. Right now its just me; running a mobile ministry (stage, sound, lighting, finances, maintenance, repairs, organizing, etc)

    This one got a little condescending. Most churches would be thankful to have the “problem” of taking extra time answers volunteers’ silly questions. The average volunteer has absolutely no prior training. Making them feel uncomfortable asking questions is not the ideal approach.

      Thanks for the feedback! It's definitely a delicate balance of being available for questions while helping others become problem solvers as well.
