He got the eye from the other naruto movie when Hinata was kidnapped and the ōtsutsuki member implanted a black orb that looked like a truth seeker, inside Hinata, which that was later given to boruto because he was the first born. His eye can sense evil chakra so basically he’s able to see bad people in a more complex version than the byakugan. What’s he gained from Momoshiki was all of his abilities because he was the one who killed him, hence the mark on his right hand. So as boruto develops, so will his ōtsutsuki powers
This may be a silly and random thing, but I like the way you positioned the anime frame. It's not absolutely at the bottom and that is perfect for those with 19:9 aspect ratio screens. When you punch to zoom, you can still see everything.

The choreography is maybe the best I have seen yet. I really enjoyed that the Hand to Hand combat scenes Contain Wing Tsung elements which looked incredible thanks to the awesome Animation and choreography.
He has the jogan before the fight against momoshiki. And the guy with the hat is saying about the curse seal momoshiki gaved to boruto in that time laps mind dimension. By then boruto now has jogan and the curse mark of momoshiki

Upon giving this prophecy Momoshiki notices that Boruto has the eyes and lineage of the “Byakugan.” He is referring to the Otsutsuki bloodline from the Hyuga Clan.As a result, Momoshiki knew Boruto was a descendant of the Otsutsuki lineage as well as having the dojutsu within him, so that is why I believe Momoshiki gave Boruto his power with the curse mark. Momoshiki probably already knew about Kara’s existence and that is why he wanted to give his power to Boruto in order for him to defeat them. Momoshiki is keeping the power of the Otsutsuki only with the Otsutuski. Keeping it in the family, by leaving Boruto this power he is hoping Boruto can stop whatever future problem may arise (such as Kawaki). And it is rumored that Kawaki is apart of Kara.

He got the eye from the other naruto movie when Hinata was kidnapped and the ōtsutsuki member implanted a black orb that looked like a truth seeker, inside Hinata, which that was later given to boruto because he was the first born. His eye can sense evil chakra so basically he’s able to see bad people in a more complex version than the byakugan. What’s he gained from Momoshiki was all of his abilities because he was the one who killed him, hence the mark on his right hand. So as boruto develops, so will his ōtsutsuki powers

The choreography is maybe the best I have seen yet. I really enjoyed that the Hand to Hand combat scenes Contain Wing Tsung elements which looked incredible thanks to the awesome Animation and choreography.

When defeating Momoshiki with the final Rasengan, Momoshiki’s remains of chakra appear and give Boruto a prophecy. Upon giving this prophecy Momoshiki notices that Boruto has the eyes and lineage of the “Byakugan.” He is referring to the Otsutsuki bloodline from the Hyuga Clan.As a result, Momoshiki knew Boruto was a descendant of the Otsutsuki lineage as well as having the dojutsu within him, so that is why I believe Momoshiki gave Boruto his power with the curse mark. Momoshiki probably already knew about Kara’s existence and that is why he wanted to give his power to Boruto in order for him to defeat them.
Momoshiki is keeping the power of the Otsutsuki only with the Otsutuski. Keeping it in the family, by leaving Boruto this power he is hoping Boruto can stop whatever future problem may arise (such as Kawaki). And it is rumored that Kawaki is apart of Kara.

I think the guy with the cap was trying to talk about the mark that Momoshiki places on his hand rather than the eye. He’s always had that and we see it early on in the series but we didnt know what it was till now.
