@@nawabsadaf8930 Jimin explained that during the pandemic days, he parted away from a lot of his close friends, he had a hard time but he said how the members were always there for him + they all were stuck at home not able to perform or meet army. (He didn't mention it but seems like he responded to his haters/anti's in the lyrics of set me free pt2, knowing the amount of hate he has gotten over the years) He said he would drink almost everyday to forget the pain but the next day ended up being the same as yesterday (notice how all song of Face have lyrics related to drinking alcohol).
If you listen to Face album from top to bottom in order, "Face off" is him meeting all those pain and sufferings, "Interlude: Dive" has his intro ment on the last BTS concert in 2022 Busan (showing his desire to be the Idol Jimin) but it ends with a drink pouring on a glass. "Like crazy" is about him meeting his true/ raw self in the process of his sufferings, with the ending lyrics "don't you wake me I wanna stay in this dream don't save me I need a way we can dream on" shows how he wants to stay in the dreams where he is away from the sad reality, "Alone" starts with an alarm clock sound meaning he had to wake up from his dreams and the song talks about he found himself lonely that time and humans around him (except the members ofcourse) were scary to him, this one has super sad lyrics and you can feel his pain, Then ofcourse "Set me free" is about him finally realising that he no longer needed to hide or change himself, he stood up for himself and confronted the pain & pain-causing people very bravely, with the words being "hey fool just get out of my way, f*ck off get lost I'm on my way" and his declarations like "i won't hide myself even if hurts", "i won't stop even if they mock me".
So this summarises his feelings throughout the pandemic days. At the end, he said he showed his true/raw self in set me free, means Jimin is a generally sweet and caring guy, but he has that angry/aggressive/up-front/straight-forward side to him which the haters should be definitely scared of 😁👍🏻

I appreciate every heartfelt work of art Jimin has given us but find it all somewhat heartbreaking 💔. 💜. Artists seem to do their best work when conflicted & in pain😔. Now I want our Jimin to be released from all of this turmoil & go back to his deep passion in life for healing. & cut out toxic people who are not fully supporting & loving him the way he deserves❣️

As someone clinically depressed and now on meds, this is some of the best representations of what depression can do to you. Loosing yourself, knowing you probably will not be the same even if you heal, and yet not knowing when you will heal, not knowing what to do. This is what makes bts the rarest. The way the know how to introspect and articulate is beyond proufoundness!

I really don't know how they do it. Every time I'm having a hard time getting through some emotions, their songs come out with exactly the comfort I want to hear. I seriously want to cry out of happiness. I t was literally yesterday I broke down. They are in someway always there.These guys are a gift to the world who don't realise they've saved lives.
When Jimin smiles you can really see the sadness in his eyes and it makes me sad.

I became an army 3 years ago now, and they always say bts finds you when you need someone the most. I stopped keeping up with them for a few months because of my mental health and drinking. Comes back to this album and it’s the most relatable song; lyric for lyric. About how I’ve been feeling the last year. And I needed something like this and I cried for a good 10 minutes after listening to this album. Not to mention him saying before, how there’s someone in the city of Seoul who understands you.

13th April 2023, I am here listening to this song, while between seeing many problems with Jimin solo debut, the fight, the downfall, the sadness, the craziness of antis, the unfairness, the worries.....
And I can feel it, the loneliness that Jimin, RM, J Hope, Suga, and Jin have always talked about. They are so lost in this successful that every antis are just waiting for their failure.
Who is their friends? BTS has ARMY but they will need someone to connect to their hearts, to heal them to the core. I hope Jimin and BTS will be happy, after all this madness...
