The council cares too much for cycle lanes and artworks on the avon river, meanwhile there are still floods in the east.
Just visited there, used the cycle lanes and enjoyed the art. Didn't see any flooding in the east. Good job council, great city!
@@bobert6523 take a step outside the city, near the redzone by the avon. any more than an average rainfall and we can’t leave our driveways unless we own a 4WD. investors don’t see us so council doesn’t care.
