duel ring lavas is dead. there's no reason not to get a ring of elements on any account. buyable off the g.e. for normies, and the minigame itself is going to be the meta for med rc on irons soon anyways. by wearing a ring of elements rathsr than an endurance i peaked at 164k xp_hr with daeyalt. 110k with normal essence.

@@Gematrinator no the outfit only increases the amount of runes you craft by 60%. no xp increase whatsoever. i absolutely wouldn't recommend using the outfit for lavas, as the runes are already 4gp each. 0kg fashionscape/graceful >

@@Gematrinator fairy ring bloods or wraths for gp. i dont think it's worth using for any other runes. people will stop doing muds the second they tank to 4gp, which is inevitable.

on runelite under camera settings, I had my outer zoom limit at 22 and the zoom speed set to 240 I think. so I just scroll in twice to make the runes and scroll out once to bank, and then again when running to altar, I just find it easier and more consistent
