I move from Boyton to here and the cost in utilities, insurance and taxes is very low. That house, in other towns you mentioned, the price is around 400,00 or more. Your presentation was excellent. I like that you didn't edit the experience to death, you left in the door handle falling off and came up with a great comic antidote. You mentioned the cold and how you communicate with your children. All of this makes the client feel that you are caring, concerned, and sincere. The numbers tutorial in the end was extremely useful and rarely done. Don't change a thing. You're Sensational! The house for the acre lot is a steal, I like the house but not Florida.
Great Lot Size! Long Island w/Sink in the Island would have been a better choice. The Kitchen layout should have included a Walk-in Pantry and more Cabinets. Floors are too dark and tile would have made the house more attractive. Overall a Good Home.😊

Y no muestran los alrededores y seria bueno ya que tienen el drone. Hacer toma. De sus alrededores para ver si hay mas casas lagos. Y tener una mejor idea del lugar pero la chica ella a hecho un exelente trabajo muy profesional. Otro detalle. Cuanto lo dejarían comprando en efectivo y cuanto cuesta los gastos de sierre. Comprando en efectivo por que visto que si lo compra al credito numero bajan o suben pero si los olvidamos. De credito y es primera casa. Y en efectivo cuanto baja repito la chica a hecho un super exelente trabajo llamenla para comprar su casa es muy profesional Ella se merece 5 ⭐️ estrella

Very well done video. The builder chose the correct color palette. I guess some people don’t know LVP is the rage, even in homes in the millions. It sure beats that awful biege builder grade tile that always looks dirty. Love the bathrooms and agree another half bath would be awesome🎉

Builder goofed on thr brown floors .....He should have used the greyish planking....With the light grey walls...Also the cabinets under the island should have been White like the top ones....

Sad the closets aren’t a big bigger in relación with the space, I mean there’s a house with so much land that why to build it with “small walk in closets” and minimal amount of windows like one window for a room? Not ur fault of course , but the builders with cheap & closed minds” . Love ur videos!! 💝
