There's something very special about low output strat neck & middle pickups and a Bluesbreaker pedal into a Fender blackface style amp. Those "throaty" mids compliment the scooped EQ of the amp perfectly. It's my favorite sound and I spend 99% of my time playing with that exact setup. I have quite a few BB-style pedals, but currently on my board is a Prince of Tone running into a Coppersound Foxcatcher. Thanks for the great content, Kris!
Happy New Year Kris. I treated myself to a '52 Heavy Relic Telecaster for Christmas and I simply love this guitar, it's my second number one next to my Nik Huber Krautster.

sounds cool and the price is very fair ...sadly have enough bb style pedals (my favorites are the toxic twins, origin halcion blue and the wampler pantheon) ;)
