Ok she love MC, and from how she reacted to the conversation MC gave her about what the other trash said, it seems that she never cheated, physically, emotionally at the begining yeah. But yeah, it seems she was really in love with MC, so why did she act like that all the time? Just to have his jealousy and be sure that he loved her?(That seems like it with how distressed she was when she noticed he wasn't questioning nor being jealous anymore)
