Casting a Star Wars Metal Medallion from Aluminum

This video shows the aluminum casting process from a 3d printed casting pattern to a finished polished rebel medallion. The casting sand used was petrobond 190mesh.

Thanks. I realized I started to lose the ability to have a good surface finish on my last few castings. On this casting, new petrobond was used on just the face of the casting pattern. It made a difference for the better. Thanks for watching my videos and commenting.
