These double techs were a great idea. The way to get them and their usefulness? Not really. I'd rather burn through the game without than suffer through all those sidequests.
I almost literally never used any of these, lol. Not that I went out of my way to collect them. Also, why the hell are Chaos and KOS-MOS doing the tango?
You use the item.... then you get the right amount of stock and then boost any of the characters required for DA like: Shion and Jr *Archangel's Requiem* during Shion's turn i boost Jr. then the double option is available to use.
Chaos Yeshua This game was a HUGE downgrade from the first Xenosaga. It was a way shorter, clunkier game that for some reason required two discs to play through. Episode 1 was over 50+ hours of gameplay and fit just fine on one CD. And the voice acting sounds like really bad fandub. I seriously have no clue what happened..
@@sevenMOons666 its two discs because Episode 1 was ruined by the dvd9 format, which makes it unreadable on some ps2 models especially if the lens reading condition is not optimal. the game is too big to fit on one disc. also Episode II was not way shorter than Episode 1. it's still a full length RPG with side content to do. my PS2 no longer records game time on the save files, but playing through Episode 2 felt similiar to the time it takes to play through Episode 1, not counting side content. Episode 1 can be speedrunned in under 5 hours.th-cam.com/video/jaKcsmjdgBc/w-d-xo.html Episode 2 can be speedrunned in 3 hours 58 minutes, though some speedruns can stretch up to 6 hours. th-cam.com/video/jCNuubvwHUI/w-d-xo.html the general game length difference is really not big. And again, episode 1 was NOT fine on one disc. that format is unreadable in various PS2 consoles, and I have original and greatest hits editions and neither version loads on my PS2. but my Episode 2 and Episode 3 discs load just fine. the english VAs are fine. people are just harsh against english VAs. this isn't Chaos Wars tier bad dubs. also Episode 2 was not clunkier, it really has a better character battle system than episode 3, and better skill system and more character combat depth than episode 1 thanks to the zones system (the only downside is they simpified Shion and Momo to just the circle button for attacks, but the skill system allows them to expand their arsenal through ether abilities). Episode 1 Shion and Momo looked so weird and generally the characters look doll like. Episode 2 fixed that and made the characters look more mature so they don't look like anime aliens compared to Ziggy and Juli. also Episode 2 had some tough edges because they had to assemble a reformed team because Episode 1 sold really bad. if Episode 1 sold well they could hvae devoted a higher budget and quality consistency, but overall I feel they did a great job and Episode II has a lot of breathtaking (the sword fights, highway chase scene, Omega System, motorcycle, E.S. Dinah's debut, various other examples) and important moments and vital to the trilogy as a whole, and overall solid game too.
Five Five I love how you included many examples in your opinion, I’ll have to check those speed runs out. However, I still strongly disagree that episode 2 wasn’t clunkier. Maybe the models would have been fine if it was its own game, but going from doll-like anime figures to humanoid uncanny valley figures was just jarring. The animation was a total downgrade (compare for instance how characters climb ladders), and the music was not nearly on the level that episode 1 was at. The upgrade system was also just boring. No character had anything really unique to them, you could make it so ziggy is a mage and momo is a tank if you wanted to. Episodes 1 and 3 gave everyone a unique fighting style and I really appreciated that. Still, that’s just my opinion.
Love that chaos just launched kosmos like a beyblade
Phoenix Blade is definitely the coolest! The way that Shion keeps up with Jin in swordplay is outstanding!
Bro and Sis attack!
Margulis and Jin have nothing on the true Master of grandpa usuki’s sword style Shion!
I don't know what it is about Chaos, but he was my dude!!!
6000 year old Jesus
Same!! And one of my favorite characters of all time.

Twin Buster exist.
Iron man: "Hey Thor, lets do that."
So beautiful, and so useless. T_T
Some helped....ish lol
omg chaos....
Still my favorite Xenosaga game XD Thanks !
Yeah the battling and graphics were meh but overall good game. If a game makes me grind than I play it fine.
Why? Do you hate Life so much?
I almost literally never used any of these, lol. Not that I went out of my way to collect them.
Also, why the hell are Chaos and KOS-MOS doing the tango?
Did you finish the series?
@@nicholasandrzejkiewicz I did, although personally I think KOS-MOS and Shion had the most "energy" in that fashion
Because Xenosaga 3
Ziggy and Momo was he crying because he was about to get hit?
how the hell do you even get a double tech in that game?
Well jin and chaos' icebrand is unlocked in the prolouge, but using double tecs is generally not worth the effort
Not well played
how the fuck you suppose to use them I got bunch of double busters yet I cant use em .....

Momo and Kosmos voice acting is super cringe.......
It's 2004 what did you expect?😂

everything about this game was so bad it made me not want to play 3
