    Not just young ppl . All ages. I am 60 and it wasn’t easy when we were young either. I was depressed, had ear aches, abusive violent home. And now in USA anyone older has no value in our country. Ageism. Depression also is not feeling worthy not believing anymore in one’s desires. That’s a deep topic. I love your videos.

    when you have young kids and a home to care for it's impossible to come out of exhaustion... it becomes chronic

    Great job you mention addition of social media (including youtube)! It drives a lot of people nuts.
    Your initial cause of your depression is surely true for some people and its sad to have parents that push you so much! Your body was truly depressed because it was sooo tired from physical overran.
    But for most people with depression their cause is different - its usually more a lack of physical movement and standstill of the body which also stops the mind to develop in a good direction!
    So for most people the solution to get out of depression is not resting more - its finally get a move on! Use nature and move - just walk in the morning a bit faster than you usually would! Or if thats too much - do 5 mins of Yoga cat and cow to start and try to do more every day, or every coming week!
    Just MOVE - if you move your body, you automatically move your brain!
    And check your VITAMIN D levels

    Online scrolling gives me serious anxiety Facebook utube or tik tok shorts will instantly put me in anxiety so I force my self to stop only videos for me so I can control what I listen to

      Very good! I wonder, has anyone ever scrolled on these shorts and said afterwards: "Ahhh, I feel really good now!"
      I don't think so. It leaves me drained when I do it, and exactly as you said, you can't even control what you will be watching with the next scroll.

    So true social media exhausting and addictive. It’s rife across age groups not only the young.
    I liked hearing the correlation between liver and eyes. Awesome information ❤
    My first depressive breakdown occurred pre social media however I didn’t know how to stop, rest and mind kept going obsessing and all I needed was deep rest-and having permission, giving myself permission to slow down and know it was ok to not be DOING.
