Had to watch it again. I really like this design. I might try to do one with 2*4 glued together. I got so much to make and mostly teen boys. But I think with dark colors they would like one. Fingers crossed. Yes turned out great. Thanks jordy

A lot of work there Jordy,. I luv your no nonsense approach to it as well.
I’ve done something similar, but to get the metal effect, I would stipple the piece with black acrylic and once dry, use silver coloured guilding polish. This also gives a good “steam punk” effect.
Try using orange instead of yellow. It gives a warmer effect

Hay Just Carve Rob, hope you're OK. Jordy, I ordered those Chinese burrs from Wish and 3 months later they still hadn't arrived so I cancelled the order and ordered them on Amazon (only a pound more expensive) they arrived 3 days later, they are sharp (just not for long).
I ordered 2 more set last night lol
