- Hey guys, in today's video Jim, Adrian, & I go on an awesome adventure up into the mountains! None of us have been up this trail but the views were insane. Enjoy my pain and suffering on the steeper off road trails! This day was insanely fun and I need to get back up there ASAP! This is part 1 where we head to the top. Part 2 is our decent down. Coming soon!

Sick views 🫡
The views were awesome! Getting back up that area sometime soon when I’m healed
Nice view.!part 2 please 😂.
Part 2 will be the 2nd next video!
Yo that ride looked crazy dope! I’ll be back up in that area in like 2 weeks. We should all ride together. Jim is the homie!!
🤘🏼🍻💯
Hell yeah! I should be recovered by that time. I slammed almost a week ago wheeling my bike and been out since then. Jim has been inviting me out but i need just a bit more rest! We’ll definitely all get together soon 💯
I made the mistake of having too high of a tire pressure first time off-road with mine in the sandy desert. Makes me wanna get that fat rear 16'' tire.
That may have been a factor of why i was struggling up some spots and also my rear tire is super worn out already. Time for replacements!
Great track - your rear tire needs replacing if you're gonna try more of that riding (caught a glimpse of it @27min) - and reducing pressure increases tire footprint and increases traction and control - and gloves man at minimum - maybe ankle high boots too. You'll feel way more confident, gain momentum, pick better lines and explore more. Part 2 gonna be sketchy coming down I bet. Cheers
Thanks for the tips! Yes definitely will look into my tire pressures and see what I’m running in there. Also need to put on my replacement rear tire i bought a while ago. Just lazy to get it done lol. Working on it! Part 2 will be up in a few days. It actually was a fun decent! Easier and funner i think than going up
Its true..buy "ankle boots" "gloves" and abracadabra! You will instantly become Eval Knieval...hahaha. thats the funniest comment ive read in ages.
Lol rookiessss
You dont need new tires those tires are good offroad. Always stay on the seat when climbing to keep weight on the back tire so it can dig in the dirt. And ride in Eco mode. It will still handle great and saves the battery. Them views is fire!!! Im a bring my 2.0 out there!! #offroadgang
Idk man I’m 1500 miles in to these stock tires are the back one is way more bald compared to the front. Also my PSI is on the higher side too, need to bring it down. Appreciate these tips though I’ll consider them for sure. Hell yeah bring it!
@@ZappySB ohhh i gotcha. Thought u meant the quality was bad. If its bald then yes time for new rubber.
@@michaelwowzers i ordered just a rear replacement tire. Shinko 241 and I’ll rock the stock CST in the front for now. It’s still good. I only did like 2 or 3 baby burnouts and felt like it killed the rear tire so quickly. No more burnouts lol
This looks sick. Where is this?
We went up to Mount Bliss, a mountain trail in Duarte. Which is between Monrovia and Azusa
Hope you’re ok too of course 😂
Good looking out haha!! We’re all good
Don’t use your front brake unless you are using both front and back while going down a steep hill. The front brake is to be used rarely off road because it will make your front tire wash out. U want to be using rear brake 90% of the time
Thank you bro yeah i never use the front brake offroad unless im using the back one at the same time. Havent tried only using the rear brake though so might try that next time. Appreciate the tips
@@ZappySB that’s good always use both if you use your front. Personally I only use the rear unless I’m going down a steep hill. But yah no problem! Always down to connect with other moto vloggers!
@@MOTOTHRASHIN when you use your rear only do you drift more like that? I get scared when i feel the back fish tailing
@@ZappySB yah, I use that drift slide around corners. Once you start riding faster and hitting turns faster you’ll notice it makes it a lot easier to
Dude I feel so bad for your bike
She’s a tank, she’ll be just fine haha
I think you should get used to the speed & power of your bike to prevent future accidents 😅
Lol I’m used to the speed and power on the streets. Just not used to the off-road as much plus I’m on a bald rear tire
@@ZappySB try not to panic brake & lock the wheel up cause since it’s loose dirt you’ll lose traction a lot easier , thus causing you to lean toward one way & tipping over
@@SolelyElectric Thank you for the tip, yeah i notice i gotta be super light on these brakes when it comes to that loose dirt. You’ll see how i handle the down hill decent in part 2
bro how are you this bad of a rider i really dont get it
This is the steepest trail I’ve been on yet and have a bald rear tire. Bro wants me to be pro within 2 months of owning my bike with no previous experience
