The film is true to the work of Homer and Ancient Greek mythology in that it shows Helen’s departure from Sparta, whether willing or otherwise, as the act that provoked the Greeks to go to war. While it accurately shows Paris in love with Helen, it strays from the original when it comes to the character’s fate. In the film, Paris kills Achilles and then escapes Troy with his cousin Briseis. In Homer’s poem, Paris dies during the war after he is struck by the poisoned arrow of Philoctetes.
Really solid editing mate, currently working on my first project myself (Ivar the Boneless). After watching these edits for so long I figured it was time for me to try it myself! Its so much harder then it looks like, especially the audio, you really don’t notice annoying background noise, music or bass from a scene until you’re picking them out for your edits! Idk what is it but every scene in this damn movie makes me want to burst out laughing. Like when Achilles was STARING Priam down dragging Hector around- I was just giggling my ass off. FOR NO DAMN REASON.
I will like to live as far as I can,naturally,is there no one else or not,is not my desire to know just because we are all made differently.Our natural lives have different paths and so nowadays we can all run in foolish paths.The reality is that Hector was the better man all along.
