Silent hill homecoming means alot to me, in my home i had shitty relationship with the onlx brother i have, he's 3 years younger than me, but despit everything family bonds are too strong... The remastered is amasterpiece.. ❤️

I enjoyed Homecoming. Jacob's Ladder: Silent Hill Edition had a lot of spin-off potential - it's unfortunate they made some dumb decisions (like putting Pyramid Head in it???), because it could have been truly one of the Silent Hill games of all time.
Big fan of Homecoming as well, since I'm a big fan of The lost boys, the relationship of Michael and Sam was very similar to Alex and Josh, there were really best friends, so I do like the darkness plot twist in the story, this is Silent Hill something bizarre needs to happen. I don't like PH of the story, but I kind of figure out what PH is FS. I think PH is the monster manifestation of the executioners of the order. That explained why there isn't just one. This also explained why PH is at Homecoming, bc probably Adam Shepherd was an executioner of the order in the past, the coat of arms of Shepherd family showed two swords.
holy shit i've been looking for this version for a billion years, it was included on the bootleg game version i had back in the day and the cd with the music was long lost. What a surprise
It's the gritty, edgy American-Gothic feel of Silent Hill that is why I like it over one of Konami's other horror-franchises like say Castlevania for example as it somehow feels more warmer and more down to Earth to me as such. I have nothing against Castlevania of course, but I can't say I am generally as fond of it's more grandiose, aristocratic and more pretty European Dark-Fantasy feel as much as that just doesn't always give me the most warmest vibe, partly because it gives me more traumatic associations of having an interest in Castlevania around the time of the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks as my personal interests just weren't the same after that.

Homecoming wasn’t great, but the soundtrack is epic. Hell I was wanting to learn unreal and do a reimagining of sh:homecoming just to use the ost.
